En el cas de l\u2019electromobilitat l\u2019increment de l\u2019autonomia del vehicle passa en bona part per la reducci\u00f3 del pes de la seva estructura. La necessitat de predir els mecanismes de fallada en els materials compostos es fa evident en fen\u00f2mens d\u2019origen din\u00e0mic com poden ser els impactes (crash tests).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estat de la t\u00e8cnica actual permet realitzar aquesta predicci\u00f3 en zones molt localitzades per\u00f2 no en el global de l\u2019estructura. Aquesta limitaci\u00f3 es deu a la necessitat de refinar molt els models d\u2019elements finits per detectar la delaminaci\u00f3 interlaminar<\/p>\n<p>El cost computacional d\u2019aquesta estrat\u00e8gia de simulaci\u00f3 \u00e9s inassolible quan la fallada pot originar-se en qualsevol punt del model perqu\u00e8 obligaria a un refinament total de l\u2019estructura. T\u00edpicament aquesta \u00e9s la situaci\u00f3 que es dona en les simulacions de crash a on les interaccions entre els components del vehicle degut a l\u2019impacte fan impossible predir quines seran les zones susceptibles a patir delaminaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del projecte \u00e9s desenvolupar una nova t\u00e8cnica de mallat adaptatiu basada en l\u2019enriquiment d\u2019elements placa que permeti, un cop detectada la possibilitat de delaminaci\u00f3, la creaci\u00f3 i divisi\u00f3 d\u2019elements per recrear la generaci\u00f3 de l\u2019esquerda (delaminaci\u00f3) en el material.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inter\u00e8s principal est\u00e0 en aplicar aquesta nova t\u00e8cnica a l\u2019\u00fas dels elements de tipus placa que s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s utilitzats en la simulaci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0mbit industrial pel seu redu\u00eft cost computacional. El problema d\u2019aquest tipus d\u2019elements \u00e9s que no s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de reproduir amb precisi\u00f3 les tensions interlaminars degut a la seva formulaci\u00f3 num\u00e8rica. BTECH, amb el suport i la supervisi\u00f3 d\u2019AMADE, ha aconseguit desenvolupar una nova formulaci\u00f3 que supera aquest inconvenient i que suposa el punt de partida pel projecte pel qual es demana l\u2019ajut INNOTEC.
