7th AMADE Day

7th AMADE Day

We have celebrated the 7th AMADE Day on January 27, 2023.

This event is celebrated twice a year, in winter and summer. AMADE Days consist of mini-symposia in which group members share ongoing research projects and results. AMADE Days also include the participation of external guests of recognised prestige from public or private institutions specialised in the study, characterisation and analysis of the mechanical behaviour of advanced materials and structures. On this occasion, the invited speakers have been:

Gerard Guillamet Busquets from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center and former member of AMADE – Universitat de Girona.

Jordi Farjas Silva and Daniel Sánchez Rodriguez both from the research group in Materials and Thermodynamics (“Grup de Recerca en Materials i Termodinàmica”) of the Polytechnic School of the University of Girona.

More information about AMADE days is available at the following link: AMADE DAYS
